
Changing the graphic assets.
Okay. So, I'm currently working alone on To the Sky. For the moment, I'll focus on producing a vertical slice even if it means changing the graphic assets after a while. But so far, I'm satisfied with the look of the game, even if it's clearly less refined than the work of Julien. It's reassuring in a way, because I know that I can finish the project no matter what.

Julien : Missing in Action.
The Made in Asia convention was a blast. However, I've got bad news. It's unfortunate, but Julien decided to leave the team. He took the time to think about it, and I respect his decision. I wish him the best of luck, knowing that being an indie dev in Belgium is a harsh path when you need to pay the bills. So ... What does that mean for To the Sky? New UI + Poster + Made in Asia
Since the screenshake, we decided to modify the User Interface. It was too messy, and confusing for the player. Fortunately, we now have something more neat. Next week is also the Made in Asia convention. It's a huge manga and videogame convention in Brussels, and since we're members (and founders, actually) of the Belgian Independent Game Association, we will be on the BIGA booth to present To the Sky, alongside 8 others belgian indie gamedev teams. Working on the Character Design
Well, we're still trying to figure the style of the characters during the cinematics. Still need work though, we're not yet fully convinced by our results.
