A Maze 2016

So, about A Maze? What can I say? First of all, the whole place has a very interesting vibe. Very artistic (sometimes a little too much for my standards but hey, I'm a simple guy).

A lot of very weird games and artistic experimentations - and a lot of dicks (almost three games were about dicks, including the grand prize winner Genital Joustings).

It's seems that the artistic fascination with genitals is not going away anytime soon ! There were also "conventional" games but most of them had interesting mechanics.It was also really cool to see other games and talk to other devs. Always funny to see the same passion mixed with a little bit of stress (a whole lot of it actually) when an indie dev talks about his/her project.

Plus, some talks/conferences were VERY interesting, and helped me take some important decision concerning the studio, the game and their identity. So, a cool experience ! (And there was a swimming pool. 'Nuff said)
